Shipping Policy

All orders ship USPS, UPS or FEDEX. Your choice. Orders being shipped to a military address, P.O. Box, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or U.S. territory address will ship via Priority Mail.

Any order placed after 4:00 pm EST may not be printed out & processed until the NEXT business day. (So if you place an order on Friday at 4:00pm EST or later, it may not be processed until Monday morning). Weekends or holidays are not counted as business days.

It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order (Saturday, Sunday order may take up to 3 ~ 4 days to process). Most of our orders are processed the very next business day after you've placed the order however some orders do take longer mainly due to credit card authorization, security issues and high volume.

If there is a pre-order or backorder item/s in your order, it will take an additional 2 business days to process your order. To avoid delays please place separate orders for items that are in stock and items that are listed as preorder or backorder.

Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS or USPS, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every order.
