Payment Options

Q: What payment types does Anime-azing Accept?
Anime-azing.com accepts all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card Cards.  We also accept Paypal.  

Shipping

Q: How quickly after placing an order does it take for my order to be posted out?
We usually post out all orders within 48 hours of receiving an order; the exception is on a preorder item just received instock.  There may be a delay on any order placed on an item just received, based on our volume of preorders.  We ship out all preorders first, before instock orders placed.

Q: What shipping options does Anime-azing offer?
For shipments we offer UPS, USPS, Fed Ex... Your Choice.  We also offer International shipping.  Please email us any special shipping requests.
  
Q: What does shipping & handling cover?
Shipping & handling covers the cost of the shipping charged by the carrier (UPS or Fed Ex) as well as any supplies required for each shipment.  This includes packing supplies such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and the shipping box.

Q: What are the different shipping options for preorders?
With our preorders you can choose to combine ship all preorder items to ship out when all items are instock, or you can choose to separate ship each preorder item.  You also can choose to group preorders but you will need to complete checkout as you want to group preorders. 

Q: Does Anime-azing Ship Internationally?
Yes!  Anime-azing is happy to ship internationally and some of our best customers are located outside of the US.  We offer First Class Mail (dependant on weight), International Priority Mail and International Priority Flat Rate shipping.

Q: What if I see an item I want to order that Anime-azing isn’t currently carrying?
Anime-azing is always open to stocking new items.  Please contact us regarding any product you would like us to carry and we will check into its availability and the possibility of our carrying it. 

Returns and Order Cancelation Policy

Q: What is Anime-azing Return Policy?
You may return any unopened item, within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full credit of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges (see "Returns" below), and a 20% restocking fee. You must notify us of your decision to return the item and await a return authorization email prior to returning the item.

Opened products can be returned only if the item is defective. In the event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please return to us following the procedures below (see "Packing and Sending Your Return"). You must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery explaining the problem and await a return authorization email. Support@ anime-azing.com (NO SPACES). We will be more than happy to replace the item and/or correct the mistaken shipment at no cost to you. If the same item is not available, we will inform you of this and allow you to choose and item of same value, accept store credit for a future purchase, or request a refund.

Returns

If you paid by credit card and are not exchanging merchandise, we will automatically issue a refund to the credit card used on the original order.
Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Anime-azing.com.
Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for returns to be processed.

Packing and Sending your Return

To return an item, please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, include the packing slip with the item you are returning, wrap the package securely and ship to the address below.

For all products, please ship your return via USPS Fourth Class Mail (preferred method) to:

Please note: We will credit or refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Q: What is Anime-azing’s Order Cancelation Policy?
For instock items Anime-azing may allow a cancelation of an order if it has not yet been processed and shipped out.  In the case of a preorder, we do not allow the cancelation of preorders and if a customer chooses to cancel multiple preorders Anime-azing reserves the right to refuse future transactions with that customer.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
